Turkey: Turley, oregano, chipotle paste, lime, cumin, paprika.
Pickled onions: Red onion, vinegar, water, salt, cumin, fennel seeds.
Brussels sprouts slaw: Shredded Brussels sprouts, mayo, mustard, fennel seeds, lemon, salt , pepper.
Cranberry salsa: Cranberries, jalapeños, coriander, spring onions, sugar, lemon juice.
