THE MEAT/FISH MEAL.
Starter - Salmon gravadlax w/ celeriac remoulade, rye crackers, dill pickles
Main - Slow cooked venison in Glögg & juniper sauce w/ black garlic hasselback potatoes
Dessert - Smoked chocolate, malt & coffee tartlet w/ pepperkakor crumble
THE VEGETARIAN MEAL.
