A real show-stopping starter for a festive spread. Cured salmon in salt, sugar and dill and serve with a celeriac remoulade, mustard and dill sauce, caraway seed crispbread and dill pickles. The traditional Swedish way!

Serves 2 as a starter course

Consume within two days of receipt, for example if received on Friday consume by end of Saturday.
