Our vegetarian version of the gravadlax. We smoke and cure thinly slices of carrots infused with juniper berries, maple syrup and dill.  Serve with a celeriac remoulade, mustard and dill sauce, caraway seed crispbread and dill pickles. The traditional Swedish way!

Carrots: carrots, sugar, salt, juniper berries, maple syrup, dill, lemon, vinegar, liquid smoke
Remoulade: celeriac, mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, lemon
Crackers: caraway seeds,spelt, milk, flour, water , rye flour salt, pepper
Dill pickles: cucumber, garlic, dill, apple cider vinegar
