This week our brilliant chef Sophie Gosling is taking over the kitchen and has design a luxurious Persian menu full of spices, fresh herbs, crunchy textures and indulgent ingredients.

How does it work?

People across the UK are using innovative methods to socialise, even while locked down in their houses. We thought we'd design a three course meal for Londoners to order each Friday, so that groups of family members and friends can dine together, each eating and enjoying the same delicious food. Or simple enjoy a restaurant quality 3 course meal in the comfort of your own home.

£29pp for a three course meal. 

We prepare the food and deliver in the afternoon. We give you simple instructions for reheating and eating at a time of your choosing, either Friday night or Saturday.

THE MEAL.

STARTER (all vegetarian) 

Walnut, barberry and herb frittata served with a tomato, pepper and onion salad and shallot yogurt

Walnut, barberry and herb frittata
Ingredients: eggs, parsley, coriander, dill, chives, spring onions, yogurt, barberries and walnuts. Allergens: eggs, milk, nuts

Shirazi Salad : Tomato, peppers and onion salad
Ingredients: tomatoes, red onion, red pepper, green pepper, chilli, pomegranate molasses, red wine vinegar, parsley, olive oil. Allergens: Sulphites

Mast-O-Musir: Shallot Yogurt
Ingredients: greek yogurt, shallots. Allergens: milk

MAIN COURSE

MEAT MAIN COURSE
An indulgent spiced and sweet Persian spiced rack of lamb with pomegranate molasses. Serve with a fig, green bean and chicory salad and aromatic jewelled rice with dried cherries

Spiced rack of lamb  with pomegranate drizzle
Ingredients: rack of lamb, pomegranate molasses, pomegranate juice, clear honey, balsamic vinegar. Allergens: Sulphites
Griddled figs, green bean and red chicory salad with date dressing 
Ingredients: figs, green beans, chicory, spinach, rocket, almonds, date molasses. Allergens: Nuts
Aromatic Persian rice with dried cherries, pistachios and almonds
Ingredients: basmati rice, salted butter, pistachios, almonds, dried cherries, orange peel. Allergens: milk, nuts


VEGETARIAN MAIN COURSE
Persian spiced aubergine with pomegranate molasses and pomegranate seeds. Served with a fig, green bean and chicory salad and aromatic jewelled rice

Ingredients: aubergine, pomegranate molasses, honey, sumac, pomegranate seeds

DESSERT
Fragrant and citrusy almond, cinnamon and orange filo cigars with a decadent chocolate sauce
