Onion fritters with sour dipping sauce  - Crunchy and addictive onion fritters served with a tamarind, garlic, ginger and chilli sauce.

Serve two as a starter (6 fritters).

Fritters: Gluten, soy.
Dipping sauce: None.

Fritters: Gram flour, glutinous rice flour, self-raising flour, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, onions, oil.
Dipping sauce: Tamarind, palm sugar, garlic, ginger, chilli, veg fish sauce.
